SERGIO RAMOS – An upcoming End to His Career in Real Madrid

The club president Florentino Perez and club captain Sergio Ramos are both well aware of the situation they face is there is no agreement over a new contract for Ramos: the club lose their best-ever defender, and Ramos doesn’t get to finish his career at the club where he’s become a legend.

According to El Chiringuito presenter Josep Pedrerol, Madrid chiefs have now accepted that the 34-year-old will not be at the Bernabeu come the end of the summer window.

The Real Madrid captain now has to decide if the moment has arrived to say goodbye to the club where he has become one of football’s all-time greats or to continue his Bernabeu story.

Paris Saint-Germain are widely considered to be the favourites to bring Ramos on a free transfer, having supposedly offered him a contract worth €15m (£13.26m) a season over the next three years.
