4. Limit Sugary Foods

Consume a lot sugar can lead to cavities, when the bacteria in your mouth break down sugars, it produces acids which dissolve the protective enamel coating on your teeth.

5. Don’t Smoke

Tobacco stains teeth and significantly increases the risk of gum disease and oral cancer, smoking also affects the appearance of the mouth, leading to yellowing of the teeth and tongue, and it can give breath a bad odor.
